"I need the phone to do the five fucking minutes" was my most recent thought. A good one to write for explosive rage for sure.
Two and a half hours on a beautiful sunny morning - the first for a week - at the lake. I'm leaving today. I'm hoping to book an appointment to install a phone, a landline, at my new vacation home. Old vacation home really. One that's been in the family since 1790, no shit, but now I own more of it than I did a month ago.
a vacation home that not long ago had a landline. I thought this would be a slam dunk task. I'd call some small local company that does landlines, they'd come, I'd be all set .
HA
All roads lead to Spectrum, a scourge upon the earth. Would that Earth could eat this company up and spit it out. Evil lurks among those modems and routers and cables and ethernet connections. BEWARE.
I found out today that, in New York State at least, it is IMPOSSIBLE to get any kind of landline for communication at your home without also getting internet. I previously learned that it is nearly impossible to have no WiFi and be able to access said internet. We have been wired over the airwaves whether we like it or not.
Or we could communicate by post, perhaps the only way to communicate privately left to us.
Or is it?
This was my entry to @mariannewest's daily freewrite challenge on Hive. Today's prompt is explosion of rage. I was pretty pissed when I got off the phone after a 2 1/2 hour conversation with several providers, ultimately learning that only Spectrum can supply true landline service in these parts. And I loathe Spectrum.
Thank you so much for your support! If you like, please take a moment to vote for my witness. 🗳️ It would be much appreciated: https://blurtwallet.com/~witnesses?highlight=outofthematrix

Wifi is not good for your health or your privacy. Scary how we are forced to bathe ourselves in their waves 24/7.
Electronic records of any kind are not good for your health or privacy. It's a quandary. Here we are right now, making oodles of electronic records. That the medical industry is mostly electronic now (in some cases, by law) is a tool to enslave doctors as well as patients. Obama care was a trap, as is MFA.
Yes, and so is "free universal health care" in Canada - you get what you pay for. So we have no healthcare system, with at least half of Canadians either too afraid to use it, or with no access to use it, so millions of cases of cancer and health disease doing undiagnosed and untreated, not to mention mental health issues. We are living under multiple layers of tyranny and corruption. Adding more layers is helping to ensure we'll never manage to break free. "It's already bad, might as well not fight it getting even worse" is sadly a very common coping mechanism. We need to try and resist the things elites want to do to us, especially the ones that directly remove our freedom and health. I have a phone appointment with a doctor soon. Imagine trying to get medical care through a landline? These doctors aren't even good at what they do in person, let alone when reduced to a mere voice coming through a wire. And apparently I was "lucky" to even get a phone appointment to discuss my failing heart. What a nightmare.
Ridiculous. We're forced to get health "care" we don't want, and can't get the care we do want. What's going on with your heart?
After being healthy for 46+ years, it's suddenly not working properly. For no reason at all, it will suddenly double its pace (150+ bpm) and become very irregular, like stopping and starting, pounding and fluttering, lurching and thumping. Doesn't seem related to mood, or blood sugar levels, or amount of sleep I get, etc. Some days only a couple minutes here and there, other days almost nonstop. When it has been going a while, it gets tired, and achy, and I start to feel bogged down. I don't have much energy and not enough blood is pumping to my brain to keep me sharp. By the end of the day I have swollen legs. And yeah I do get some pains in the chest as well, but it's hard to tell which are new, and which are from my pre-existing undiagnosed neurological issue, which is a lot like MS. The heart symptoms seem like myo and pericarditis, but I haven't been jabbed, and I didn't have Covid in the weeks prior to the heart symptoms showing up (about last November). I'm afraid of the healthcare system after being a nurse for 10 years and then the plandemic. I can't bring myself to give them any blood. A compromise may be to get a Holter monitor put on, which is not invasive, and will allow me to show what's going on in there, get it recorded in a way they can't deny. I have a history of doctors lying to my face and telling me my symptoms aren't actually real, even when I have them recorded on video and so on. If I can get a requisite for the Holter monitor, I'll do that, and get diagnosed with arrhythmia or whatever, and go from there. If you're curious, I now take CoQ10 and hawthorne extract daily, to boost heart health. In addition to my usual vitamins, B C D, and metals Iron, Zinc, and Magnesium. If I feel under the weather I take a bit of quercetin, but that's not usual necessary. If my heart was working properly on a regular basis, I wouldn't be so concerned, nor would I be so feeble. I can handle the constant pain, muscle twitching, failing eyesight, bladder problems, and so on. But when the heart isn't working, man, it's hard to take care of myself and the babies, let alone try and find somewhere to live, and get packing etc.
Too much!!! Is this cyclical in any way? Do you track it? The reason I ask is because I just read about EMF and other waves, including your own, amplifying as the waves coincide in strengths (@rycharde could better explain what I am talking about here) and producing some of the symptoms you have. Have you tried any radiation protection devices or clothing? I want to get a blanket or jacket to wear while I drive around, there are so many 5G installations now, and I can't catch my breath as I drive by them.
Why won't you give them any blood? I assume you mean so that it can be tested. I've always thought this one of the least invasive ways to find something out. No?
There's no pattern to the symptoms, no. Yes, 5G is going in all over the place, mostly hush hush and with denials.
Yes, you can find something out if you give the government your blood, often in the form of a verbal "everything is within normal range". Meanwhile hackers, big tech, and the deep state has a copy of your DNA, and everything else that can be learned about someone through their blood (which is essentially everything). It's not worth it, in my estimation. Sadly they make handing over your blood just about required if you want any help (for what that is worth). I have spent 6 years very sick, and have seen dozens of doctors, been tested dozens of times, with absolutely nothing to show for it. A good doctor with the right tools would have it figured out in a couple visits, but we don't have access to that here.
I'd say we no longer have access to that here in the US, either. Most of our doctors are zombies. Only the older ones have been any good for years now, and most of them drank the kovid koolade. Are the Frontline doctors available in Canada (that's where you are, right?)? It would be telemedicine, they take no insurance and, I believe, tend not to use electronic records so there could be more privacy with them. I'm so saddened to hear that you have to deal with this. I imagine that is very difficult for you, given the knowledge you have.
I had the same dilemma here, the only company that would install my internet was vodaphone who I also hate but after a year of the installation I switched provider to a smaller local company so it all works out in the end.
