What is the price of Freedom of Speech on Blurt ?

in freedom •  3 years ago

As investors, creators and curators here on Blurt we all have a small roll to play in the success of this Project.

I see good times ahead for Blurt.

It is doing everything right.

The occasional plagiarism, theft of content and shit post is the price you pay to ensure Freedom of Speech.

All we can do is ask people to stop.

Maybe, eventually, they will get the idea and post their own original content.

If they want to succeed.

One man’s rubbish is another man’s treasure.

But it is so bloody easy to simply share a source link ….

And add quotes with a simple “>”

Maybe people need to be taught … rather than scolded ?

True… on Blurt people are FREE to post whatever they like. It is up to the Curators to decide if it will be rewarded with $$$$$ or not …. The responsibility lies with both Creator and Curator alike.

The same in Society in general. People are free to do whatever the hell they want. If they commit a crime … you know, theft of property, murder, etc … they go to jail, and lose most of their freedoms. It’s everyone’s Choice. You choose to be Free or you choose not to be Free. It’s your choice.
