A gamble, a risk, certainly not a scam. A scam isn't transparent and upfront.
does an honest person gamble ?
When a farmer plants a crop, doesn't he take a gamble that pests won't decimate it's chance of harvest? Does a lumberjack not gamble when he takes a tree down that's rotten, left with a bunch of bark after his efforts? Does a honest person fish? Does a honest person fight? Does a honest person race cars, or bikes, does a hunter make a honest person, what about a doctor, or a surgeon, do they not gamble and weigh the odds? Is gambling deceitful? Is gambling a scam?
