Mystery SOLVED:
All I had to do was consult the very reliable Manual of Monster Vol. 2.
The above image is from MY copy of the AD&D Monster 2, no need to get excited about copyrights or plagiarism. I am using this reference book for purely scientific reason to assist in solving a mystery ;)

It appears as though she is carrying a spanner wrench. Maybe she moonlights as a plumber? If that is the case it is defiantly a Racoonwooman; a Foxwoman would never stoop so low as to perform menial labor, haha 😂
