I started arranging what I will have for lunch which I decide to cook beans portage and potato.i started hand picking the beans to remove dirt, then parboiled beans for 30 minutes after which I've used the beans with clean water, then started peeling the potatoes and chopping it into smaller.then turned washed beans into the pot and mix everything by adding pepper,chopped onions, Maggi seasoning,salt and the chopped potato into the pot and allow it to Boiled for the next 5 minutes after which I added red oil also called palm oil going to the pot of food and covered it to boil for the next 5 minutes.
The total cost of food is estimated at 700 blurt which has been sold at 2 naira. It cost me 1000 naira to prepare a pot of beans and potatoes portage.
