It is one of the famous drink in india.. In some parts of India,specially in summer🌞🏖️ lunch is incomplete without buttermilk..
It's a great natural coolant which keeps body fluids in balance, improves gut health and keeps body cool..
🥛It has many health benefits as compared to curd because it is less in fat and less in calorie
🥛It contains probiotics which helps maintaining healthy gut..
🥛It is a good source of calcium as it can provide 1/3 of daily calcium requirement ..

Buttermilk can be made instantly by mixing curd, salt, and a dash of cumin powder, black pepper powder or whole carrom seeds..
Wih some Coriander and mint leaves for garnishing and extra flavor..
