Tandoor food is highly appriciated in Asian countries where food and drink items are well popular and high in demand .

I have clicked following picture when i was traveling to northern india where audh (lucknowy) food has set a benchmark and across india .

This tandoor i found in one of restaurant there and it is made of iron and coated with pure soil powder. These oven are basically used to prepare Khamiree naan , kulcha also Tikka style of food which is so delicious also part of tandoor item .

Have you ever tried Murgh( chicken) or gosht ( mutton)Tikka which is simply marinated in indian spices and cooked with skewer inside tandoor oven.

Some people like to have great claypot served Tandoor Tea which havr very strong notes on your mouth when you sip .

Basically Indians likes spicy and well done cooked food .Gravy item Korma , curry are non- beatable .

Tandoor Oven basically used charcoal as fire and Tandoor chef always hold skewer rod aside which helps them to cook food without any inconvenience .

Have you ever tried Seekh kebab which is quite popular because its cooked in Tandoor .

I have my own restaurant in Australia sydney and we mainly serve to guest all these tandoor item and proudly say, they all liked the food and highly appriciated.

in other hand , Tandoor cooking becoming more in trend and people around the world looking it as great option of barbeque .

Tandoor and barbeque are two different cooking style where western people always prefer barbeque and eastern always Tandoor.
