Street food and Golgappe

Those are world travellor must be good fan of Asian Food .I have nothing to justify my experience about food .
If there is food ,no matter from what cuisine or what countries i just enjoy having it .

Today i went to Food market but it was something new shop located where i usually visit in the market and that was Indian cruncy and stuffy starter called Golgappe .
Litterally if i tell the truth about golgappe then its little similliar to Tacos a mexican fast food but the twist is its taste and stuffing .
Golgappe basically made of refined flour added baking soda and flaouring product but stuffing can be smashed potato and dip with tamarind water .I saw the shop also having lot many other flaour of Golgappe which i tasted and loved it .
The shopman was too busy with lady customer .Ladies basically loved spicy, saur and twist in salt n sweet.
In most indian wedding parties , Golgappe is almost mendatory to serve otherwise the party vibes not turns perfectly in postive way.
My wife also loves Golgappe and she even can cook it at home .the recipe would definitely talk about in some other blog but today in the food market i really enjoyed the Badnam Golgappe.

In Bangalore which is located in south India ,people are use to all item made with rice like idli, wada, uttapam, dosai but All these golgappe definitely mixes a different taste and food variety in the food market.

when i was in singapore , these indian food mostly can be seen at little india where i resided for 8 years and All these item were quite expensive in food market but still i use to enjoy and now in india somehow just near to my residence this shopman doing amazing job by bringing some different small food .
Golgappe actually taste amazing but if you eat in more number then make sure you do not put much spice otherwise stomach will be unwell next day.
