Attending party and conference meeting at work is common and basically i do not excited much to post on social media but today i had attended at kashmiri traditional lunch party where Food, taste, ambience all surprised me .
The Authenticity of true delicacies and mantra of good taste in food i bet if you tried then you all should say same thing.
The theme was kashmiri food and the way they provided the service was also amazing .
The chef self come to guest table with big food container and served to the plate with laddle .
The item i hardly remember but they were made of Chicken & kashmiri Lamb .
The traditional way of cooking and serving made me big fan of these cuisine and definitely i will dine again with same flavour and taste .
Wazwan basically called to the course of item which served in guest plate. The food i had was , Tabak maaz which is ribs of lamb with fat and bone , Kokur shank that is chicken leg pieces , Roganjosh which basically a thin gravy made with oil and spices with mutton, lamb or chicken thigh part .We had a boneless and something lime sausages called Rishte in kashmiri language was very soft and flavoured full. basically the process of making rishte is quit tough as it consumes too much time .
It has to be well pounded with spice , oil and meats.
later we had a sweet which was made of SUJI and the dish was suji kheer .it was so so good ,i had little extra .
overall everybody enjoyed the ambience and service.
