Making Healthy Fruits & Vegetable Salad

This is the first time that I made fruits and vegetable salad with the guidance of my aunt.
Salad is good for our body because it provides
many important vitamins and minerals. Salad greens contain Vitamin A, Vitamin C, beta carotene, calcium, folate, fiber among others. Leafy vegetables are good choice because for a healthful diet because they do not contain cholesterol and they are also low in calories and sodium. These are some of the benefits from eating vegetables and fruits salad.

Here are some of the ingredients that we included in our salad:
1 kg mangoes
3 pcs large cucumber
10 pcs apples
1 kg carrots
3/4 kg lettuce
1/2 kg singkamas

For the procedures in making:
Peel the carrots and cucumber then wash before slicing them.

Wash, peel and then slice the other fruits and vegetables into the desired size. Then, place in a container.

Mayonnaise, corn kernel, cheese are added to have that flavorful taste to our salad.

Then, mix the remaining ingredients mayonnaise, corn kernel and grated cheese.

Mixing all the ingredients needs a bigger container so look for a bigger one. Since we can't find one, we just used a big pan to mix all the ingredients.
