Quick and easy menu for a healthy lunch

I don't have enough time to prepare something for lunch today so i made some easy and quick menu for two person. Trying prepare a menu that is complete and doesn't take much time. So i pulled out from freezer the following; a sliced of chicken breast, french fries, spinach and mozzarella cheese.

Simply spread the exact amount of sliced potatoes to the container and add olive oil to it and spread some salt at 180⁰ celcius for 20mins.

And for our protein intake, i took sliced chicken breast since it takes only few minutes to prepare. I just add some salt and black pepper the fry in a frying pan.

For our side dish, a good amount of spinach (since both of us really like it much). This is the easiest one to prepare just slow heat it and add some olive oil and thats it!

Voila!!! Lunch is ready!
