Mouth-watering Grilled Pork for our Lunch

Who could afford to say no to the enticing smell and the aroma of a grilled pork barbeque? where its smoke filled the entire villa as if signaling to my friendly neighborhood to start bringing an ice cold beer and lets the fun and party begin!

Indeed!, sunmer it is but since work won't allow us yet for a short vacay, let me feel its vibes even by staying at home..lol

So, this is the result a well cooked, perfectly marinated, tender and juicy pork barbeque.

This is PANCIT, a typical Filipino dish with many versions on how to prepare either mix with pork meat, chicken or mix with both or with shrimp and sea food stuff.
