No. I would never give up. I waited a few months to get some Dtube sent to me. It was my mistake … I forgot the memo. But Ionomy eventually fixed everything and sent me the Dtube. It was a few hundred dollars so I was happy to get it back. Even though it was my mistake.

DASH hasn't MEMO, and i sent the money to the correct address.
But the DASH never appeared to my ionomy account.
I will wait: it's the only thing I can do. I have already sent many emails and requests to technical support, and it seems useless to inundate them with messages. They never answer anyway.
