My weekend ritual is to dine out and explore new restaurants in the town. Last night me and hubby decided to visit this place which called "The Walk". In this place there are restaurants in a line where each one of them have an outdoor seating. Right now the weather is still nice so it's good to sit outdoors, but during summers it is inconvenient. Though all of these places during summer have coolers and fans working outdoors so it is convenient for people to sit out.
The place we decided to visit is called Zahr El- Laymoun restaurant. It's a Lebanese restaurant and serves some of the best Lebanese food. Most of the restaurants in The Walk are priced on a higher side, but this particular one is comparatively cheaper and for the same reason always very crowded. Sometimes you will not get a seating and will have to wait for a long time. It happened to us twice before, but luckily this time we managed to get the seating. There is no reservation system here.

The food portion in a dish is very good, so we did not order much and just went in for 2 dishes. One we ordered was a Kebab dish which was served along with veggies. The kebabs were very well made, soft and juicy, melting out in the mouth.
The other dish on the menu that attracted me was the Chicken and Spinach pie, I had not had a pie for a long time so I was tempted to try it out, and in the picture it looked very yummy. When it arrived, it looked more yummy then the picture also and tasted too good. The crust of the pie was crispy and it was freshly baked, it was very tasty. I would want to go there again to have it one more time, I so loved it.

After the delicious food it was time for a cup of hot green tea to wind up. Anyways I was so stuffed that I needed it. Overall it was a pleasant dining experience in this place.

It was my first time as well and I liked it
