I am always in search of easy to cook recipes and experiment with them. I bought my Air fryer some 2 years back, but honestly have not been using it much, once in 2 months probably I make something in it and those are some fixed dishes like chicken tandoori and bhindi (ladyfingers) fry or sometimes kebabs, that's it. A couple of days back I was motivated to check out some Air fryer recipes and there I came across this Chicken and veggies recipe, which on the look of it was very simple and easy to prepare and also looked delicious. I tried my hands on it and yes it did turn out to be good, but next time I think I can improve it.
Let me share the recipe with you all.
This is the final output
Ingredients needed:
Chopped Veggies - This can be of your choice. I used broccoli and mixed color capsicums. Since this was the first time and I was not sure how it would turn out to be, so I kept it minimal.
Finely chopped garlic and chillys.
Boneless chicken cut into small pieces.
2 spoons of curd
Turmeric, Chilly, Garam Masala, Cumin powder.
Process:
Marinate the chicken in ginger garlic paste, turmeric, chilly, garam Masala, cumin powder, salt and the curd.
Leave if for 1 hour
Grease the air fryer pan. I did not use a separate pan, so I kept a butter paper and greased that with a spoon of ghee.
Add the chicken mixed with all the chopped veggies into the air fryer pan
Put it on the chicken cook mode for half an hour. It will be at 180 degrees.
In between pause at every 10 minutes open and toss it up. If it feels dry then a little curd can be added to moist it.

It's cooked. Because of the curd the chicken has become very tender.
Ready to be served
It can be had just by itself as a meal with a garlic bread or as a starter. It's difficult for me to please hubby when it comes to cooking, because he is a very good chef. He gave his nod and that's what satisfied me the most.
