Last evening I had to meet my friend and we had decided to catch up at the coffee shop. Once we met then the mood changed and we decided to go to Paul's. It's a French restaurant in town and known for the best deserts available in town. Though I am a big fan of sweets and at the same time I restrict myself considerably from having it. She insisted and I could not resist when she recommended Paul's. The best one I enjoy there is the Berry Cream Tart. The tart is full of berries on a layer of fresh cream which is amazingly smooth and the best part is it's not very sweet and the tart base is crispy, all put together it feels heavenly. I can have as many given to me, but whenever I have I restrict myself to 1. And I enjoy because even though it is not the healthiest, it has some good components in it, which reduces my guilt.....haha
We also ordered Tiramisu. I love anything that has coffee flavor in it and this one is just too good to resist. Actually we were planning only for the Berry Tarts but then we saw on the other table someone being served the Tiramisu and we could not hold ourselves back, so we too ordered it.
I find their Deserts not only a feast for my tummy but also a feast for my eyes, they are visually so attractive that by just looking at it, one starts drooling over it.
