Lemon Pie... pero en yogurt!

These last few days the weather in Buenos Aires has been quite fluctuating, and this led me to catch a cold that ended up complicating, in addition that we have already three days of intermittent rains that have led me to take refuge at home, so I took the opportunity to try this new flavor of Greek yogurt.

And yes, this week the yogurt has been the king of my reviews, but it is a product not only rich but also versatile and healthy, which is inevitable not to have some of its presentations at home.

Recently, the Serenisima brand has released a range of Greek-style yogurts that are really delicious. There are blueberry flavor, strawberry (frutillas), vanilla and peach, in addition to the common one accompanied with nuts or chocolate.

But this week a new flavor began to come out, which is the one I come to comment, and is Greek yogurt flavor Lemon Pie. In fact, the seller recommended it to me a lot when we placed the order, so as soon as it arrived at the supermarket where I work, I bought it to try it.

I must confess that it took me back about 20 years, when I got a similar cheesecake in a supermarket in Puerto España - Trinidad. I felt that I was really eating a piece of Lemon Pie, but creamy!

It has the middle point between the acid of the yogurt and the lemon, without being invasive to each other, and the creaminess of this type of yogurt makes it a party of flavors and textures in the palate.

It comes in a single presentation of 125 grams, which may not seem much, but it really satisfies even a compulsive yogurt consumer like me.

One of the advantages of Greek yogurt is its high protein content, which makes it ideal for when you need to eat something between meals, without harming your diet.

That is why in diets they always recommend that the Greek style be consumed to help maintain satiety between meals and also are low in sugar.

So if you are or are not in a diet to lose or gain weight, I recommend you try this new flavor, since it is a limited edition product, so you have to take advantage while it lasts in the market.

The only bad thing... is when it's over!
