Stuffed white cabbage is one of the most popular and delicious types of Dolmeh in our country, which in addition to being able to serve it as a complete meal, you can also use it as an appetizer.
Ingredients for preparing white cabbage Dolmeh(stuffed cabbage) :
white cabbage:1
Minced meat: 300-500 grams
Fresh vegetables(parsley, savory, basil, tarragon / Fresh Chives): 2 cups
Raw or cooked rice: 2 cups
Tomato paste: 2 tablespoons
Onion: 1 piece
Butter or oil: 2 tablespoons
Black pepper, salt, turmeric: required amount
Dried mint: 1-2 tablespoons
verjuice: 1\2cup (5-4 tablespoons)
How to prepare :
Wash and grate the onion and add it to the minced meat
Wash the rice and add it to the meat (you can use cooked rice)
Wash and chop the vegetables and then add them to the meat
Add salt, pepper, turmeric and mint powder, 2 tablespoons oil, half a cup of verjuice and 2 tablespoons paste and mix the ingredients.
Wash the white cabbage and carefully separate the leaves
Pour the white cabbage leaves into boiling water to soften them, and steam for a few minutes
Then, after they cool down, we pour the prepared ingredients into the cabbage leaves and collect it and put it together in a pot.
Pour 1 to 2 glasses in a bowl of water and let it cook for 45-60 minutes.
To prepare the sauce, mix 1-2 tablespoons of paste with salt, pepper, oil, verjuce or lemon juice and pour the last 15 servings of food on the scallops.
Our food is ready to eat.
