Cold Salad with Sausage Mayonnaise

Today I bring you a delicious salad salad with a special touch, a homemade sausage mayonnaise that gives a unique flavor to this dish. It is one of my daughter-in-law's favorites, and taking advantage of the fact that she is visiting home these days, I decided to prepare a big bowl. I thought it would last longer, but it sold out quickly - I confess that my son and I love it too!

I decided to use the olives only to decorate it , since my son doesn't like them, but what you can't miss is the pineapple. The combination of salty and sweet is phenomenal and we all love it.
Here is the preparation, which is not complicated and can serve as a starter, breakfast or snack.

Ingredients:

1 package of 500 grams of short pasta
1 package of sausages
2 eggs
1 small pineapple
200 grams of ham
6 olives
1 onion
Oil
Pepper
Mustard
2 tablespoons sugar
Salt

We begin by putting water to boil in a large saucepan. When it starts to boil, add the pasta and cook for about 15 minutes. While they are cooking, chop the onion, ham and pineapple.

Once the pastes are soft, we drain them to dry well.

While the water distills, we prepare the sausage mayonnaise. It turns out delicious, like a bite-sized paste, and gives an incredible flavor to the salad. To make it, I use 4 sausages, 200 milliliters of soybean oil, the chopped onion, the two eggs, salt and mustard. I mix them all in a blender.

Once the pastes are soft, we drain them to dry well.

While the water distills, we prepare the sausage mayonnaise. It turns out delicious, like a bite-sized paste, and gives an incredible flavor to the salad. To make it, I use 4 sausages, 200 milliliters of soybean oil, the chopped onion, the two eggs, salt and mustard. I mix them all in a blender.

I put the mixer on the first speed and do not change it during the whole process. First, I introduce the eggs and then, without turning off the mixer at any time, I add the ingredients in this order: 2 tablespoons of vinegar, the onion and, through the hole in the lid, I add the oil little by little without stopping. When the mixture has a consistency, I add the sausages and then the salt and mustard. In this way, I obtain a creamy mayonnaise with a delicious flavor.

Next, I place the pasta in a large bowl and add and mix the ingredients in this order: the remaining half onion, the ham, the glazed pineapple and finally, to wrap it all up, the sausage mayonnaise.
