We all love pudding and most of us crave pudding at the very same time ,we love its texture it smoothness and how softly it blends into our mouth.
Yet we all enjoy the process a lot.
Lets discuss on how we can make the best cafe style pudding at home.

1. Gather Your Ingredients

Start by gathering all the ingredients you'll need to make pudding. This includes milk, sugar, cornstarch for puffiness or pudding mix, and any additional flavorings or toppings you'd like to add, such as vanilla extract, cocoa powder, or fruit.

2. Mix the Ingredients

In a saucepan, combine the milk, sugar, and cornstarch or pudding mix. Mix the ingredients together until they are well combined and there are no lumps. If you're adding flavorings like vanilla extract or cocoa powder, stir them in at this stage.

3. Cook the Pudding

Place the saucepan over medium heat and bring the mixture to a gentle boil, stirring constantly. Once the mixture starts to thicken, reduce the heat to low and continue to cook for a few more minutes, stirring constantly, until the pudding reaches your desired consistency.
