I have been trying to avoid fried foods as much as I can and I often eat these Vegetarian thali full of delicious dishes.
The thali or a platter comes with two vegetable curries, dal, rice, two Chapaties, mango pickle, a sweet dish and curds.
And of course these are cooked with spices and the only non spicy things here are the curds and the rice.
I usually eat this platter because it has everything I need. I can order more but this is enough for someone like me. Sometimes two people can eat this.
I finished this huge platter just now and I'm full. I'll be sipping a cup of sugarless tea.
The platter looks perfect if I am not mistaken is that the Halwa (of sooji)?
