Hello Blurtians
This side Fatima
How are you all? I hope you are doing well and taking care of your families too. This is my 5th blog on Blurt.
Today I am going to share with you the recipe for Russian cutlets that I made for iftar today. To make this, the ingredients required are boiled potatoes, cabbage, cauliflower, carrot, beans, onion, and capsicum finely chopped. Apart from these, you also need 1 kg chicken, butter, vermicelli (sewai), and eggs.
Firstly, heat oil or butter in a pan, then add the chicken on low flame until its color changes, and then add chili sauce. After 7 to 8 minutes, add half a glass of water, cover it until the chicken is cooked and the water dries up.
After that, in another pan, add some butter and then add all the chopped veggies and cook for 5 minutes. Transfer all the cooked veggies to a bowl and add spices such as cumin seeds, black pepper powder, salt, chili powder, chili flakes, turmeric, and a little Maggi masala, keeping it aside.
Next, put the cooked chicken into a mixer and make a fine paste. Then, take 3 eggs in one bowl and in another bowl take Indian vermicelli, breaking them into small pieces. Mix the chicken paste into the bowl of veggies thoroughly.
Take small portions of the mixture and shape them into eggs, dip them in the beaten egg, then coat them with vermicelli, and fry them in oil. This way, our Russian cutlets will be ready. I hope you liked this recipe. Thank you.
