Here in the Philippines our Halo-halo is one of the best refreshments there is in the entire country with variations depending on where in the country one is situated as of course availability maters as well. The Halo-halo is mainly consist of shaved ice and sweetened condensed milk however, this may also include sweetened banana and camote, Lanka or candied jack fruit, leche flan, purple yam jam, red beans, glass jelly, rice crispies, nata de coco, kaong, some crushed peanuts and then topped with ice cream of your choice. This is so good specially if it's in the summer or if when the weather is so hot and humid. A must have when visiting the Philippines, please share with us some variations that you know or ingredients that I may have excluded on the list. That's all thank you..
