Christmas is coming everybody planning Christmas sweets. likewise, I am also. I made these simple healthy, nutritious, sugar-free, gluten-free, delicious nutty mini bars. And like to share with all my friends.
Ingredients:
! cup oatmeal
1/3 cup walnut roasted and took extra peels
1/3 cup almonds
1/4 cup dried grated coconut
2 tbsp raisins
3/4 cup date paste
1/2 cup sunflower seeds and pumpkin seed mix
2 tbsp sesame seeds
1 tbsp coconut oil
These all nuts and seeds dry-roasted on low heat make them crispy.
And chopped them into small pieces. Oatmeal and seeds are also roasted.
In a pan add the date paste. Here we have a very cold temperature, the paste becomes hard. But normally it is softer like a dough.
if you are getting a softer one then just warm it until it gets sticky.
I warmed it on low heat and added 1 tbsp coconut oil to melt it faster
If you want to use dates, take off the seeds, and blend them in the mixer or blender. and warm on lower heat until a sticky consistency.
Stir it until it becomes sticky. little hard work for 3/4 minutes but can be manageable.
Press the mixture into the cake tray or any metal box when it is warm.
After cooling down flip it on the chopping board. and cut in squares or make balls.
Cut them to the appropriate size and shape. if you want can deep in chocolate sauce or glaze it with chocolate to make it a little festive. I wanted nutty so it is like this.
