AIR-BALLS.
Hello, community and friends greetings today's recipe is about
these snacks. puffy rice balls we call them air balls because they are more airy than any other food but don't produce any air in the stomach.
It is fun and easiest to make and good as a snack. very light digestive and gluten-free, oil-free, and chemical sugar-free.
This is the puffy rice.
Ingredients:
3/4 cup sugarcane jaggery
Place the pan on the heat and cook it until becomes syrup.
spread puffy rice in the big pan to work easily.
Pour syrup into puffy rice and mix well so they can stick together.
Take a fist full of rice mixture in the hand and make the rounds.
Have to do it when the mixture is warm otherwise, it will become stick big lump. Make hands wet to work fast.
It's so easy and takes only 15 minutes for 16 balls.
