Make Soft Parotta at Home

For those who like to eat oily food in the morning, there is no substitute for parotta for breakfast. That is why I will tell you how to make soft parotta in the morning at home.

Parotta

First we need to take 2 cups of flours. The flour should be sifted well. so there will be no insects or any other dirty thing. Then we will add one teaspoon of power sugar and how much salt we need to add and one teaspoon of oil and baking powder and finally some cold water.

We will add cold water(Some people add little hot water) and mix the flour very well, We will
repeat until flour mixed very and it's not remain in hand. In the last stage we can add some oil so very easy it will come out from our hand.

What we need to make Parotta :

  1. 2 cups of Flours.
  2. 1 Teaspoon of Power Sugar
  3. 1 Teaspoon of Oil
  4. Salt as much we need (Some people eat more salt)
  5. Original Butter
  6. 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder

After making the whole mixer, it should be left for about 30 minutes so that this flour mixt will be very soft. Now we will make it 4 divisition so I can make 4 Parotta total.

Final stage in a fry pen we will make it hot then add some original butter. the add the Parotta in Fry pen cook it very well.
