Homemade Colorful Birani

Today we how how to make colorful birani at home. Usually every Friday we try to make a little more extra food. On this day we have a public holiday everything is closed. We have a lot of time in our hand, we just have to some time for Friday prayers. When we try to add color it's little difficult to adjunct with color some times we spoil whole food. Don't know when and how much color to use.

First of all we start boil some water in a pot with pot cover. When water start to boil good time to thro the rice. Don't forget to clean and wash good way before you throe in to the boil water. About 10 minutes water will be hot. We will add two teaspoons of salt, don't worry it will be not salty. Two teaspoons cooking oil, that will help not make rice stick then it will cooked. When we go somewhere to eat fried rice it's never sticky because Chinese place and restaurant use this method.

We see that the food is very dry and one rice does not stick up with other rice. To make the rice dry we use a strainer so all hot water will dry out. Then use one plate or big something to make the rice more dry and normal cold, you can keep the under one fan. We will make the rice in to a normal temperature.

In a Non sticky pot we will take a tablespoon of oil and make it little hotter, then we will chop small pieces four to five onions throe in the hot oil. Add salt how much you eat If we don't want to make salty way use according to our quantity. add garlick & ginger power or home made one no problem with that. You can give it as per your taste. Cumin powder, Birani spice, Bay leaves, Sahi Cumin. We actually have Birani packets for making Birani. We use powder in this way. If you don't have sour yoghurt, you can use powder milk with hot water make about one glass milk and just add it in the pot. At the end add tea spoon butter When it feels like it is completely cooked.

What I have done today I took three small bowl in first one I mixed rice in a with yellow color second bowl I use green color and third one I use no color it's automatic white color. don't use too much color in any way, If you use it will not feel good to eat you might lost food tasty. MY rice turn to light brown automatic color in my pot when cooked.

When the spice gave given nice flavor that's mean it was fully cook, easy way we need to add boil rice in the pot, we would gently give the 1/2 Spoon rice such a way that we would not give it all together.

It is possible to leave it like this and slowly mix it with the parts. Once it is mixed, leave it like this for five minutes and five minutes later on the top of the pot we will start giving rice how you want to design and put these color rice on pot. On I for to tell all you before add color use butter on the rice. If you don't want to use the colors bought from the market, then use natural colors such as yellow power can be use to make it yellow color.

I use expensive so my rice will show big size rice, you can use normal rice like Chinegura to make you Birani. Time to leave sorry about little longer post.
