In this post, I want to introduce you to a delicious Iranian drink.
Carrot syrup seed, one year old and similar to basil but with smaller leaves and seeds.
The seeds of this plant are clear black. When poured into water, it immediately glazes. And its color tends to be gray.
Syrup seed is the seeds of basil.
When tossed in water, these tiny black beads are glazed around and become very beautiful in appearance.
After the seeds are glazed, we can add any syrup we like to it.
The simplest type of syrup to which we can add is sugar and lemon juice.
Which also quenches thirst in summer.
I used mint syrup. That is why it is green.
