My first experience of baking a cake.

in food •  2 years ago

Hello friends.

10 days left until the end of summer and drinking cold syrup does not stick much.

Almost two weeks ago, I baked a cake for the first time. Although it was my first experience, I liked it. It turned out well.

I used eggs, milk, flour, vanilla, liquid oil and baking powder to bake this cake.

The secret of puffing the cake was that I sieved the flour and baking powder three times and then added it to the milk.

I took all the ingredients such as milk and eggs out of the fridge one hour before cooking to let them come to room temperature.

I found these tips after a few minutes of searching.

I made the cake in two small glazed bowls because I didn't have a cake mold.

I made a delicious syrup along with the cake.

To prepare this syrup, I got help from coriander seeds, sugar, cucumber and water.

I dissolved sugar in water. I grated the cucumber and put it in the syrup. I could have put some lemon juice in the syrup, but I didn't

A delicious syrup with minimal ingredients.Coriander seeds should be stirred in a little boiling water until a glaze is formed around them, then add to water and sugar.

I do not use ice. I don't even have ice in my freezer. But if you have ice, this syrup will be much tastier with plenty of ice.
