Hello, darlings. Tonight I will introduce you to another Iranian cuisine.
Gheymeh stew
It serves most of the Iranian parties. in family gathering.
Materials that need to be made to feed stew:
- sheep meat
- lappe
- onion
- Varia
- Oil
- Potatoes
- Lemon
- Salt, pepper, and turmeric
We push the pieces of meat with chopped onion. Add salt and pepper and turmeric. We add tomato paste and give it a bit.
Sprinkle some hot water on the meat and cook for 1 h. when the meat is cooked, we add the lappe to it.
We will give another hour to bake in mild heat. The limes are now for them to add. The dry lemon gave it a very good perfume.
Now, as long as it goes into the oil, let " s get ready with low heat.
in this case, we have already prepared Persian pilaf.
We Iranians are serving most of the soup on cold days as an appetizer. I have prepared the delicious soup.
The soup I served with stew was a simple soup made of these substances:
- barley
- Meat juice
- greens
- Carrots
- Potatoes
- string
- tomato paste
Except for the string, I poured all the ingredients into a saucepan and melted it into cool heat. And I added the last 10 minutes to the strings.
We had dinner with my husband.
