To prepare this pickle, we need these ingredients:
1- Green beans (half kilo)
2- 2 tablespoons of salt
3- White grape vinegar as needed
First, we salt the green beans. We clean their top and bottom. Boil a little water and a glass of vinegar in a small pot. Pour the cleaned beans into the pot and let it boil for a quarter of an hour. After their color changes, we take them off the stove. When it cools down a little, pour the beans into a glass and fill the glass with vinegar. Add 2 spoons of salt, then close the container tightly and leave it in the refrigerator for a few hours to remove excess air, then store it in the refrigerator. .
After a week, the pickle is ready to eat.
