Lemon in a lemon
First, we clean and dry the sour lemons. We slice the lemons on a chopping board.
It is better to do this with a sharp knife so that the juice of the lemons does not come out too much and we can easily slice them. After we have cut all the lemons, we must remove all the seeds from the sliced lemons using a knife. Because if the kernels remain, they will make this delicious pickle bitter.
We need a clean and dry glass. Now pour all the lemons into the glass and pour lemon juice over it until it is filled to the top of the lemons. Close the door tightly and keep it in a warm and dark place for 10 days.
This is a delicious seasoning that we can enjoy at the dining table next to our delicious dishes.
