Today I will share with you how to prepare a #delicious Iranian stew. This dish is cooked everywhere in Iran. It is often prepared with mutton, but today I want to prepare this stew with minced meat.
The ingredients we need to prepare this delicious dish:
- Mince Meat
- cotyledon
- Tomato paste
- potato
- an onion
- Salt
- Pepper
- Turmeric
Grate a medium onion and fry it in a little oil. Pour a spoonful of tomato paste and fry it a little. Pour two glasses of hot water into the pot and then add the washed cobs. until the cobs are half cooked, we grate another onion and mix it with minced meat, salt and pepper, onion powder and turmeric. Knead for a few minutes until it becomes sticky. Now it's time to make the meatballs. We make the balls small and of the same size. When the cobs are half cooked, we pour the meatballs into the pot and let it cook until the stew is well cooked.
Take two beautiful potatoes, peel them and cut them into slices. Now it's time to fry them in oil. After the stew is cooked and set, put it in a dish and decorate it with fried potatoes. Now we pull the rice and eat it with the ghee stew.
If we add two Omani lemons to this stew in the middle of cooking and a little bit of infused saffron at the end of cooking, it will taste heavenly.
