bean pilaf
Necessary materials:
1- 4 cups of rice

How to prepare:
Slice the onion and fry it in a little oil.
Finely chop the meat and add it to the onion.

Now we add two glasses of water and let it cook for an hour and a half with low heat.
Fry 4 spoons of tomato paste in a little oil and add it to the meat and beans.
Let it cook for another half hour.
During this time, we pour rice in twice as much boiling water to cook. After boiling the rice for 1 minute, drain the rice.
Pour oil on the bottom of the pot and place the sliced potatoes on the bottom of the pot. Pour the rice into the pot and add some meat. Rice again, then ingredients...
We repeat this until we run out of rice and ingredients.
Pour half a glass of cold water on the rice and put it in the pot. We let it brew for 30 minutes with very low heat.
