Tonight I have decided to make a #salad with quinoa seeds.
The ingredients I used for this salad:
- Lettuce
- Cucumber
- Quinoa
- an onion
- Beans
- Chives
- Parsley
- Sesame
First, I let some of the seeds cook with double the amount of water for a quarter of an hour.
I chopped the lettuce.
I added the red beans that I had already cooked.
I chopped the cucumber.
I added chopped onions.
I added chopped parsley.
I added sesame seeds.
I added cooked quinoa seeds.
I chopped the red onion that is special for the salad and added it.
I used the following ingredients for this #salad dressing:
- White vinegar
- Lemon juice
- Salt
- Black pepper
- olive oil
This salad alone is a complete #dinner.
I hope you make it and enjoy eating it.
I didn't have tomatoes at home, otherwise I wanted to add tomatoes.
I could add olive oil and mushrooms, but I didn't have them at home.
