Today I will share a delicious meal with you.
A few days ago, I prepared this food at my mother's house. I enjoyed eating this food with my family.


In this food, I tried to use very little oil and salt.
I used mutton to make it warm.


In my country, Iran, cooking this food is very diverse.
One of the methods is as I say.


Materials I have used:

Minced meat
Grated onion
tomato paste
Grated green pepper
tomato
Salt
Black pepper
Oil


How to cook:

Knead the minced meat and grated onion with salt and pepper by hand for 10 minutes.
I took the onion juice before adding the onion to the meat.
Grease the bottom of the pan a little.
Spread the meat ingredients in the pan by hand.
Put on low heat to cook one side.
Divide into desired pieces. On the other side, when it is fried, we put the sliced ​​tomatoes on the meat.
Pour a little tomato paste that has been fried in oil.
Put it in the frying pan and let it cook for 15 minutes on low heat.


Pan kebab can be eaten with bread or pilaf.
