A delicious Iranian dessert for Ramadan

Hello Dears.

Tonight I have decided to introduce you to a delicious Iranian dessert.

Iranians eat this dessert every night during the holy month of Ramadan because of its sweetness and tenderness.

The name of this dessert is porridge.

Ingredients we need to prepare this dessert:

  • Rice flour
  • Lion
  • Sugar
  • cinnamon powder

Pour half a glass of rice flour along with 3 tablespoons of sugar on the milk and stir.

Put the dish on a gentle heat.

Stir for 20 minutes to bring to a boil.

When it reaches boiling point, reduce the heat very low. Be careful not to sink or burn.

Stir constantly with a spoon.

We have a thick and soft liquid.

Drain in the desired dish and decorate it with cinnamon powder.

Rice and milk, because they are cold foods, we use cinnamon to get them cold.

Cinnamon is a hot spice.

This dessert is also made with almond powder.

It is also a nutritious food for young children.

The porridge is ready. You can eat and enjoy.
