Hello friends. In this post, I want to share with you how to freeze chives and green beans.
I washed the green onions and let the water dry, after a few minutes I put them on a special board and cut them into equal sizes with a sharp knife. I put it in a freezer bag and arranged it and folded the extra bag. I put it very smooth and neat in the freezer.
I use chives in omelets or soups. In my opinion, Siazche soup is one of the most delicious soups.

Pickled green beans


I bought about a kilo of green beans. I washed them all and let them dry. I cut the tops of the beans. In a small pot, I poured two cups of water and a glass of vinegar and let it boil. I put half of the beans into the pot and boiled for about 15 minutes. The color of the beans changed and they were half cooked.
I poured it into a clean glass and filled it with water and vinegar. I also put a spoonful of salt. After a week of pickling, the green beans are ready.

I cut half a kilo of green beans into equal sizes with a knife and put them in a freezer bag to freeze. I use these chopped beans in pilaf beans and a type of soup.
