Today we will prepare a delicious pickle together.
Ingredients we need for this pickle:
- One bush cauliflower
- Three cucumbers
- 2 carrots
A few cloves of garlic
- A tablespoon of dry aromatic herbs
- 4 glasses of water
- 4 tablespoons of salt
- Half a glass of white vinegar
First, we wash the cauliflower, cucumber and carrot well and let them dry.
Cut the cabbage into small pieces.
We cut the cucumbers into pieces.
We cut the carrot in any way we want.
I made a flower.
We choose a special glass container in which it is tightly closed.
In this way, we pour the ingredients into the glass.

At the end, we put pepper and garlic on them.
In the meantime, let the water and salt boil and set aside to cool.
After cooling, fill two thirds of the glass with water and salt and the rest with white vinegar.
( I put a tablespoon of dried aromatic herbs in one of the jars so that I can understand the difference between the jars.)
