Necessary materials:
_ Half a kilo of eggplant
- Curd 4 tablespoons
- Oil as needed
- One onion
- Two cloves of garlic
- Salt and pepper as needed
- One tablespoon of dry mint
To prepare this dish, first peel the eggplants and cut them in half and fry them in oil.
Coarsely grate or slice the onion and fry it in oil.
When the onions become a little light, we can add the grated garlic.
Now add the fried eggplants to the onion and garlic and beat and crush them.
Put it on the gas stove and add four spoons of curd to it.
Stir and add half a glass of water.
Let it boil for about 15 minutes with very low heat.
(We stir it several times so that it does not stick)
Pour a little oil in another container and add dry mint to it before the oil gets hot and turn off the heat when the oil is hot.
(Dry mint burns quickly, we must be careful.)
Sprinkle a little turmeric.
Pour a little hot mint on the food and stir.
After 15 minutes, our food is ready.
Put it in the desired dish and pour hot mint on it.
This dish is very delicious, especially for those who have never tried it and like eggplant.
