How to Make Beef Karahi

Beef Karhi is a famous and delicious dish in Pakistani cuisine which is prepared on every special occasion. Everyone likes its fragrance and flavor. Today we will tell you the easy way to make beef karhi which you can easily make at home. Well, let's begin!

Step 1: Preparing beef and examples

First, you need to take small pieces of 1 kg gosht (beef). After washing these pieces with a cake, put them in a vessel. Then, heat 3-4 tablespoons oil in a large vessel and roast 2 cups of onions till they turn brown. When the onion is roasted well, add 2 teaspoons of garlic ginger paste and fry it for 2 minutes. Now add beef pieces and roast well for 10-12 minutes.

Step 2: Taste the Examples

When the beef roasts a good star, add 1 teaspoon red chili powder, 1 teaspoon turmeric, 1 teaspoon coriander powder, and salt as-to-taste and mix good sauce. Then, add 2 tomatoes pistachios and add 1 cup of ghee and mix the good ones. Now cover it and cook on a light flame for 30-35 minutes so that the beef becomes soft and for example good stars are mixed.

Step 3: Karahi Ka Tadka

When the beef and the examples go well, add 1 teaspoon of garam masala powder and mix it well. Now heat 2 tablespoons ghee in a small embroidery and add 1 teaspoon of proof cumin seeds, 2-3 proof red chillies, and 2-3 green chillies and sauté for 1 minute. Put the tadka in the chopped karahi and mix the good ones.

Chautha Marhala: Karahi Ka DUM

Now cover the leaf and keep it on the dim for 10-15 minutes on a low flame. This is the example and taste of the meat and gets the best high. Sometimes the door of the dum is not applied to the light hands so that the example is not applied down.
