A simple way to make aloo meat

Aloo Gosht is a famous and fun dish in Pakistani and Indian cuisine which is often liked for lunch or dinner. Everyone likes its fragrance and flavor. Today we will tell you an easy way to make aloo gosht which you can easily make at home. Well, let's begin!

Step 1: Preparing meat and examples

First, you have to take 1 kg of beef or mutton pieces. After washing the meat well, take it out in a pot. Then, finely chop 2 about onions, 4-5 green chillies, 1 cup of green coriander, and 1 cup of mint in a pot. Put this mixture in the meat and mix well. Now add 2 tablespoons garlic ginger pistachios, 2 teaspoons red chili powder, 1 teaspoon turmeric, 2 teaspoon roasted coriander powder, 1 teaspoon garam masala powder, and salt to taste.

Second step: Marinating Meat

After mixing the meat and spices with one, refrigerate the mixture for at least 1 hour to marinate it with acne. With marination, the spices get mixed in the meat and the taste of the meat becomes better.

Third step: Aloo Gosht Banana

Take a pan and heat 1 cup oil in it. Then, roast the onions for 2 minutes until they turn golden brown. When the onion is roasted well, add the marinated cheese to it and roast well for 10-12 minutes. Then, add a paste of 4-5 big tomatoes and mix together. Now cover it and cook it on a light flame for 20-25 minutes so that the cheese becomes soft and the spices mix well.

4th step: owl meat dum

When the meat and the enamel go well, add 4-5 aloo (cut into small pieces) and mix it well. Then, put this mixture on the dim for another 15-20 minutes so that the owls also become soft and the taste of the precedent and meat becomes even better. Dum visits sometimes move the petal with a light hand so as not to put the example down. If needed, you can also add a little water so that the gravy is cooked.

Last Step: Prepare The Owl Meat
