Haleem is a famous and delicious dish in Pakistani cuisine which is often prepared on Ramadan and special occasions. Everyone likes its fragrance and flavor. Today we will tell you the easy way to make Haleem which you can easily make at home. Well, let's begin!
The first step: pour and smear.
First of all, you should put 1 cup of gandum, 1 cup of chana, put 1 cup painter, put 1 cup moong, and put 1 cup of tur. Soak them all in water overnight after a good wash. The next religion, boil these good ones so that they become soft. Then, make a smooth pistachio by blending these boiled pulleys.
Step 2: Preparing meat and examples
Take 1 cup of beef or mutton pieces and after a good wash, add 1 cup of ale in a pot and heat it. Fry the onions about May 2 until golden brown. Step 3: Mixing haleem
When the cheese melts well, add 1 cup of curd and 2 teaspoons of flour and mix it with one. Then, add the pre-prepared lentil paste and mix it together. Now cook this mixture for 1-2 hours on a light flame and keep stirring with a spoon in between so that everything mixes well and the texture of Haleem becomes smooth. You can also add some water if needed.
4th step: Haleem's Dum
When the mixture of haleem is good and smooth, then keep it on the dum for 20-25 minutes on such a light flame. This is the example and taste of the meat and gets the best high. Do not apply the examples down the way of moving the haleem with a light hand.
Last Step: Haleem Ready
After 20-25 minutes, prepare your lazy haleem. Lift the lid of the leaf and see the haleem balkal high on the fine dim. Serve haleem with a hot name or tandoori roti. Sprinkling green coriander, ginger linse, green chillies, and lemon juice on top can make it more delicious. Your guests and guests must be happy to eat this lazy haleem.
