How to Make Chicken Jalfrezi

Chicken jalfrezi is a famous and fun Pakistani dish which is eaten with passion in every household. Everyone likes its sour-sweet and slightly spicy taste. Today we will tell you the easy way to make chicken jalfrezi which you can easily make at home. Well, let's begin!

First step: Preparation of chicken and vegetables

First of all, you have to take 500 grams of chicken breast pieces. After washing the chicken, cut it into lambs and thin strips. Then, cut 1 turn onion, 2 shemple peppers (red and green), and 2 teaspoons into lamb pieces. Cut 2-3 green chillies finely in a bowl and also add 1 teaspoon of garlic ginger pistachios.

Second Step: Chicken Ko Bhunna

Heat 3 tablespoons oil in a pot. When the oil is hot, add chicken strips and roast for 5-7 minutes, so that the chicken water becomes dry and it becomes golden brown. Remove the chicken from the pot and place it on a plate.

Third Step: A Bunch of Examples

Heat it by adding 2 more teaspoons of teal to such a vessel. Then add garlic ginger pistachios and fry more. When its fragrance comes, add the onion and cook until golden brown. Then, add the shemala chili and tamarind and sauté for 3-4 minutes so that the vegetables become a little soft. After this, add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 teaspoons red chili powder, 1 teaspoon turmeric, and 1 teaspoon salt and mix well.

Fourth Step: Combining Chicken and Vegetables

Now put the roasted chicken back in this example. Cook the chicken with examples and vegetables for 5-7 minutes so that the chicken and the examples are good. Add 2 tablespoons tomato ketchup and 1 spoon winger so that sour-sweet taste comes in jalfrezi. If needed, you can also add a little water so that the spice does not get too pleasing.
