Easy Way to make sindhi biryani

Sindhi Biryani is one of Pakistan's famous and delicious dishes. The spicy and aromatic flavor of this biryani is liked by everyone. Today we will tell you an easy way to make Sindhi Biryani at home, which can be made on every special and common occasion. Well, let's begin!

First, cut 1 kg of chicken or meat and keep it after washing. Now heat 3 teaspoons of teal in a leaflet. When the teal is hot, cut the onions finely about Asme 2 and fry until golden brown. Then add 1 teaspoon of garlic ginger pistachios and fry more. When the spice is roasted well, add the meat and fry for 10-15 minutes so that the water of the meat becomes pleasant.

When the meat is roasted well, cut the 2 tamarinds and cook until the saucer melts. Then add 2 tablespoons red chili powder, 1 teaspoon turmeric, 2 teaspoons coriander powder, 1 teaspoon garam masala, 2-3 turn elaichi, 4-5 long, 1 pour sugar piece, and mix the salt according to y-flavor. If the spices are mixed with good stars, then add 1 cup of ghee and cook lightly for 10 minutes. Then, pour the water and stir it. When the oven boils, take out the meat and keep it together.

Now take 3 cups of bismati rice and soak it in water for 30 minutes after washing them well. Then, heat 3 tablespoons of teal in a leaf and add 1 turn onion and 2-3 green chillies. When the onion turns golden brown, add the smoothie. When the oven boils, add the soaked hue rice and cook it on a low flame so that the rice grows well.

When the rice goes 80% cheeky, add roasted meat and lentils and mix well. Now place this mixture on a low flame for 20-25 minutes. Also add this dooof, add a little ghee, coriander, mint and lemon slices so that the taste of the biryani becomes more delicious. Keep the pulley well closed so that the steam stays inside and the biryani is fragrant bean.
