Chicken Handi is a famous and fun dish in Pakistani cuisine which is often liked on special occasions. Everyone likes its fragrance and flavor. Today we will tell you the easy way to make chicken handi which you can easily make at home. Well, let's begin!
Step 1: Chicken and examples
First, you take 1 kg of chicken (pieces of bina bone) high. After washing the chicken well, take it out in a leaf. Then, finely chop 2 about onions, 4-5 green chillies, 1 cup of green coriander, and 1 cup of mint in a pot. Put this mixture in chicken and mix well. Now add 2 tablespoons garlic ginger pistachios, 2 teaspoons red chili powder, 1 teaspoon turmeric, 2 teaspoon roasted coriander powder, 1 teaspoon garam masala powder, and salt to taste.
Second Marhala: Marinating the Chicken
After mixing the chicken and spices with the acre, refrigerate the mixture for at least 1 hour to marinate with acne. With marination, the mashes are mixed with the chicken and the taste of the chicken becomes better.
Teesra Marhala: Chicken Handi Banana
Take a pot and heat 1 cup of oil in it. Then, roast the onions for 2 times until they turn golden brown. When the onion is roasted well, add marinated chicken to it and fry well for 10-12 minutes. Then, add a paste of 4-5 big tomatoes and mix together. Now cover it and cook it on low flame for 20-25 minutes so that the chicken becomes soft and the mashes mix well.
Chautha Marhala: Chicken Handy Ka DUM
When the chicken and masala are melted, add 1 cup cream and 1 cup curd and mix it with one. Then, cover the IS Handi and keep it on a low flame for 15-20 minutes. With this, the taste of muslin and chicken becomes better. During the breath, sometimes keep shaking the handi with a light hand so that the spices do not come down. You can also add some water if needed.
Last Marhala: Chicken Handi Tayyar
After 15-20 minutes, prepare your lazy chicken hundi. Lift the lid of the hundi and see the examples and chicken buckets are on fine dim. Serve chicken hundi with hot nam or tandoori roti. Sprinkling green coriander, ginger latches, and lemon juice on top can make it more delicious. Your guests and guests must be happy to eat this delicious chicken hundi.
