Nihari is a famous and delicious dish in Pakistani cuisine which is often liked especially in breakfast. Everyone likes its fragrance and flavor. Today I will tell you the easy way to make Nihari which you can easily make at home. Well, let's begin.
Step 1: Preparing meat and examples
First, you have to take 1 kg of meat (beef or mutton) pieces. Put these pieces in a pot for a good wash. Then, heat it by pouring 1 cup of tea in a bowled leaf and roasting about 2 onions until golden brown. When the onion roasts a good star, add 2 teaspoons of garlic ginger pistachios and sauté for another 2 minutes. Now add pieces of meat and fry good stars for 10-12 minutes.
Step 2: Taste the Examples
When the meat is roasted well, add 2 tablespoons red chili powder, 1 teaspoon turmeric, 2 teaspoons coriander powder, and salt according to the taste and mix it well. Then, add 4-5 powdered tomatoes and add 1 cup of ghee and mix well. Now cover it and cook on a light flame for 40-45 minutes so that the meat becomes soft and for example good stars are mixed.
Step 3: Nihari Ka Tadka
When the meat and the precedents go well, add 1 teaspoon of hot spice powder and mix it well. Now heat 2 tablespoons ghee in a small embroidery and add 1 teaspoon of proof cumin seeds, 2-3 proof red chillies, and 2-3 green chillies and sauté for 1 minute. Put the tadka in the chopped nippari and mix well. To give the nihari a deeper taste, make pistachios by mixing 2 teaspoons of atta (flour) with a little water and put it in the nihari. Mix such good things so that the gravy becomes a pitcher.
Step 4: Nihari Ka DUM
Now cover the vessel and keep it on flame for 30-40 minutes. With this, the flavor of spices and meat becomes better. During the breath, sometimes keep shaking the nihari with a light hand so that the spices do not come down. You can add some more water if needed.
Last Step: Nihari Tayyar
After 30-40 minutes, your lazy nihari is ready. Lift the lid of the leaf and see that the examples and meat are on the fine dim. Serve the nihari with a hot name or tandoori roti.
