Cool vegan food !

Yesterday I decided to cook some food. I like to do it from time to time.

In fact, I'm not that amateur in veganism and usually my wife is taking care of our meal. So, I fully trust her because she does her best to buy and ask to buy the best healthy food for us. Of course maybe we have a sin sometimes in eating some chips or not that healthy drinks, but mostly we eat only healthy food.

So, our kid don't always like the healthy food. For example, it's hard to make him eat a soup. But what we put there is so healthy and full of vitamins. We eat a lot of beans, soy chunks, nuts ... etc. And we like tofu so much, because it's possible to make with it so many dishes. So, what you see in the picture is a fried broccoli with tofu. And I've added there some kind of pasta called ''Mozzarella''. Because my wife cooked it and didn't like it. But I like it, because I don't mind eating sour food. She added there a lot of tomato pasta and that's why it turned that sour. I even don't mind eating lemon directly. I mean what's inside it. ☺

And here is what I've got when I finished cooking. I've added of course some spices there, and it was ready to eat. My son ate everything on that plate. He really enjoyed it. It's nice when you feed someone. ☺

Today my wife was also busy. So, I just took some vegan cutlets. Fried them. Boiled some potato. Mixed all that together. Added some ketchup. And put there two kinds of breads : loaves and just some toaster bread. And it was ready. We ate both with my son, and we enjoyed it and left a bit to my wife. ☺

It's so nice when the family work together in preparing food.

I love doing many things with my little family.

Why not post the recipe too so we can try it if it was so good. Always love a new recipe.

I guess I wrote it in the post. The first was :

  • broccoli and tofu with a bit of Mozzarella.

If you mean the Mozzarella itself, let me ask my wife :

She said : ''That's not Mozzarella. lol That was called ''lasagna''.'' *I confuse many foods, anyway, she said : ''That she created the sauce from tofu, tomato pasta and spinach, it's possible to add some vegan cheese.'' You put that sauce on lasagna, cook in the oven. And it's ready.''

The last one I used ready cutlets, we buy them directly. And I've added bread and all that I wrote in the post.

I think that's it. ☺

That's not lasagna. I can't see any pasta. Never mind it's obvs a language issue. lol

I mean that I put very little part of lasagna in my mix. It's barely seen. That was the dish of my wife that she didn't like. I didn't talk about that in the post, I just talked about how I added a part of it.

So, I'll try to explain again.

My wife cooked lasagna. ( with the sauce I told you the recipe about ). She didn't like what she cooked, but I liked that. That's sometimes happen when she cooks things she is not sure about. Maybe I have a strange taste.

Our son didn't want to eat lasagna. So, my wife was busy, she told me to cook something. I took that broccoli and tofu and mixed them. I've added to that lasagna, it's not seen in the plate because so little left after I ate everything. And yeah, I'm sure that my wife cooked lasagna, I'm sure now about it.

Forget about Mozzarella I mentioned in the post. lol

Anyway, it's fun to explain myself. I liked doing it. Maybe because I'm sleepy now.

I will do my best to take a picture of lasagna next time and to assure you that I understand now what it is. ☺

hilarious, I make up random recipes too. I never measure things either so don't know what I'm doing telling you to write ur recipe down lol. As long as it's vegan I'll eat it. nomnomnom

Yeah, the most important is that I like to see vegans in blurt. We should support them sometimes and take a look at the tags #vegan and #veganism from the time to time.

Sometimes you don't need a recipe to cook, right? You just throw some things together and VOILA - dinner. Plant based food can be so easy, and if you have some spices and seasoning, even better!

Yeah, I always tell to my wife, it's better to not cook by recipe, but depending on the taste you like. Because when she puts a lot of salt for example, I don't like it. I don't like salty at all. So, when cooking for a family, I prefer to not put a lot of salt as well, so they will choose how much to add of it.

No, one should add salt at the table!!!
