Hello, Blurt friends. This time I want to share about simple things. That is about food.

Today I have breakfast with lontong. Processed rice is specially cooked in plastic containers or leaves. So that the texture can be softer and elongated.

In addition, the shape is also different from rice as usual. Because it adjusts the plastic or leaves that wrap it.

The perfect blend of lontong is usually lontong, tewel vegetables then sprinkled with peanut powder on top.

If there is a side dish, can be added. Lontong goes well with crackers, tempeh, chicken, and others. I think it is suitable for any side dish.

This time my side dish is crackers. Pretty tasty and also pretty cheap. Crackers are very popular in this area.

Regarding nutrition and so on? Honestly, I don't understand this. Because I just eat. No need to protest with the menu provided by my parents.

This is the rice cake before being removed from the plastic and cut. If you don't know, Lontong is a substitute for white rice.

Sayur tewel is a menu that is usually mixed with lontong to eat. Because the combination of rice cake, vegetables, and also the broth will taste delicious.

I did not know that rice was also processed and made this way. I think if you eat rice often, it's good to try different forms, like this! Thanks for the information, and I hope you are well.

The difference is in the way of cooking. For Lontong, we need to put it in plastic or banana leaves first, or... you can also make it into a kupat. Only the packaging is different.
Like this picture (usually kupat pictures will be crowded on Eid Al-Fitr)
