I was craving one of my favorite chinese food dishes - kung pao chicken - the other day and mentioned it to my wife. She said she would find a recipe and give it a try - sweet! Here is what she was able to come up with:
Not exactly Panda Express looking, but it was very good. Since the kids don't eat spicy food, I added some roasted peppers to mine to bring the heat. It ended up being a fresh tasting dish, and the chicken was very good.
I would call this dish a success. I am hungry just thinking about it...
